August 2026 Vessel Giveaway

1. Sponsor

The promotion is sponsored by The Witch's Vessel, United States. Questions may be sent to thewitchsvessel@gmail.com.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old when entering. Employees, contractors, and immediate household members of the Sponsor are not eligible.

3. Entry period

The entry period begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time on the first calendar day of August 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the final calendar day of August 2026.

4. How to enter

Submit the entry form at thewitchsvessel.com/giveaway. Limit one entry per person and email address per monthly entry period. No purchase, payment, social-media follow, share, tag, or newsletter subscription is required. Automated, duplicate, incomplete, or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.

5. Prize

One winner will receive a single-use code worth up to $50 toward one purchase at thewitchsvessel.com. Approximate retail value: $50. The code has no cash value, is nontransferable, cannot be combined with another code, and must be used in one transaction. Unused value is forfeited. The prize expires 90 days after it is issued.

6. Winner selection and notice

One potential winner will be selected at random from eligible entries after the entry period closes. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries. The potential winner will be contacted at the entry email and may be required to confirm eligibility within seven days. If the potential winner cannot be reached or is ineligible, another winner may be selected.

7. Privacy

Entry information is used to administer the promotion, contact the winner, prevent duplicate entries, and satisfy legal obligations. Marketing email is sent only when the entrant separately selects the optional consent box. Information is handled under the website privacy policy.

8. General conditions

The Sponsor may suspend, modify, or cancel the promotion if fraud, technical failure, legal restriction, or circumstances outside reasonable control compromise its integrity. The Sponsor's decisions concerning administration and eligibility are final to the extent permitted by law.

9. Platform release

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, Etsy, Stripe, or Patreon. Entrants release those platforms from claims arising from this promotion.
