How to find your purchase PDFs and past companion records
Your purchase library and your member showcase serve different purposes. The library keeps available deliveries together; the showcase lets you choose what other members can see.
Begin with the email used for your purchase
Sign in to your keeper account using the email associated with your website purchases. If you used a different address at checkout, contact Selia with the order number and the email used. Do not create duplicate accounts just to hunt for a missing file.
An Etsy relay address may differ from your normal email. Past Etsy purchases need to be matched to you rather than attached based on a first name alone.
Open the purchase, then its files
Open My Sanctuary, find the relevant purchase in your collection and look for Offering & PDFs. Files become available after they have been uploaded and released for that purchase.
A pending personalized order may have a place in the collection before its write-up is ready. The absence of a PDF at that stage does not mean the download button is broken.
Request a verified historical purchase
If an older purchase from The Witch’s Vessel is missing, use the past-purchase request option or contact Selia. Include enough information to identify the exact purchase.
- Companion or offering name.
- Order number and approximate purchase date.
- Whether you purchased on the website, Etsy, or directly from Selia.
- The email or buyer details used for that purchase.
Keep the original document safe
After downloading, keep your own backup with a clear filename. A folder organized by companion or purchase date can make it easier to match related records.
If a file appears to belong to another purchase, stop and contact Selia with the order reference and filename. You do not need to post the document publicly to get help.
Share a world without sharing a record
Your private delivery is separate from a keeper postcard. The postcard studio uses the display heading, surroundings and optional artwork you choose. It does not include your journal, order details or PDF contents.
Review the postcard itself before sharing, especially if your companion’s name or portrait is something you would prefer to keep private.

Frequently asked questions
Will every old Etsy order appear automatically?
No. Historical purchases must be verified and matched, and the correct documents need to be added. Use a past-purchase request for missing records.
Can other members read my purchase PDFs?
Purchase PDFs and journals are private. Member showcase settings and optional postcard sharing are separate choices.
