Your request and personal circumstances stay private. Submission does not automatically release the binding or place the companion for adoption; Selia will review the request and agree the next steps with you.

Ask about transferring a companion to another keeper, returning a companion to TWV, or discussing a release. Selia reviews each situation personally. No ownership or binding changes when you submit this form.
