A good circle has clear boundaries

Seller Rules & Fees.

Beautiful offerings, honest descriptions and care for every customer.

No listing fees. 8% on completed sales.

There is no fee to apply or list. TWV’s commission is 8% of the final item sale price actually paid, after item discounts and excluding shipping and tax. The remaining 92% is the seller’s share before any separately disclosed payment-processing costs. No sale means no TWV sales commission.

For a fully refunded or canceled sale, TWV does not retain a sales commission. For a partial item refund, the commission is recalculated on the retained item payment. Payment-provider costs, dispute handling, payout timing and shipping responsibilities must be disclosed and agreed with the seller before any offering goes live. TWV collects customer payments and pays approved sellers manually, with each payout recorded. Sellers do not need connected payout accounts. Payout timing and the agreed payout method must be confirmed before a seller’s first offering goes live. Automatic split payments are not used.

Example: a $100 completed item sale has a $8 TWV commission and a $92 seller share, before separately disclosed processing costs.

Keep offerings within the craft

This marketplace is exclusively for witchcraft supplies, ritual tools, witchy and metaphysical auctions, rituals, spells, readings, spirit companionship, grimoires and related metaphysical offerings. General merchandise and unrelated services are not accepted. Choosing a category does not guarantee approval; every proposed offering is reviewed before publication.

Apply before listing

Guest sellers must be 18 or older, submit an application, and receive Selia’s approval before any profile or offering is published. We review your portfolio, creation or sourcing process, proposed products and delivery plan. Approval is individual; you may not lend your approval to another shop.

Show what the buyer receives

Use accurate titles, descriptions and images. State whether the offering is physical, digital or personalized; explain what is included, what details you need, and the delivery time. Preserve authentic photographs of physical goods. Label illustrative or AI-created images accurately and never present them as photographs of merchandise. Do not promise guaranteed outcomes or use medical, financial or legal claims to sell an offering.

Offer work you have the right to sell

Sell your own work or items you are authorized to offer. Disclose sourcing and creative assistance honestly. No stolen artwork, copied books, counterfeit goods, unauthorized personal likenesses or resold private customer commissions.

Keep the circle safe

No illegal or dangerous goods, weapons, controlled substances, exploitation, hate, harassment, threats or non-consensual targeting. No offerings that encourage harm to a person or animal, expose private information, or pressure a customer through fear. TWV may decline any offering that does not suit the shop.

Keep stock and delivery promises

List only what you can fulfill. Keep availability current; do not sell the same unique item to multiple buyers. Give realistic preparation and delivery times, disclose shipping arrangements for physical items, and tell TWV promptly about delays. For personalized work, collect only the information needed to complete the order.

Direct support, without public reviews

TWV does not use a public rating or review system. Buyers should contact their seller directly first about an order issue. Sellers must provide a clear way for buyers to reach them and make a reasonable effort to resolve the issue. If the seller cannot resolve it, the buyer may contact Selia with their order number and a summary. Buyers are responsible for providing a complete, correct shipping address and checking it before payment. Address corrections should be raised with the seller promptly before dispatch.

Care for the customer

Communicate respectfully, honor the listing and the published shop policies, and work with TWV to resolve missing, damaged, incorrect or undelivered orders. Do not add undisclosed charges or require another purchase to receive what was promised. Refund and dispute handling must be agreed before your first offering goes live.

Protect privacy and fair bidding

Keep customer names, addresses, messages and commissioned files private. Use them only to fulfill the order; do not add buyers to marketing lists without their permission. Sellers and people acting for them may not bid on their own auctions, manufacture bids or manipulate prices. Auction offerings must follow the Auction Chamber’s published rules.

Stay accountable

TWV may request corrections, pause new listings or withdraw seller approval for misleading listings, missed fulfillment, privacy violations, unsafe conduct or repeated unresolved complaints. Existing paid orders still need fulfillment or an appropriate resolution; leaving the circle does not erase those responsibilities.

Questions about your proposed work? Contact Selia. Apply only after reading these standards; an application is a request for review, not automatic admission.
